Booking Terms & Conditions:

Payment – A deposit is required to confirm bookings. Balance is due and payable on arrival. Cheques are not accepted as payment. Cash and/or the following credit cards are accepted Visa and MasterCard. No refunds are given for a shortened stay. A surcharge may be applied to one night bookings.

Check in- after 2pm. If your arrival time is later than 5.00pm then please let us know.

Check out- 10am, late checkout may be available please check with management.

Cancellation and Refund Policy-

  • Deposits and payments on bookings cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival, will be eligible for a refund or credit (credits are site specific and are non-transferable to other sites)
  • Where a cancellation is submitted less than 21 days before arrival, no refund of the deposits or payment made will be given.
  • A credit to the guest account may be issued for cancelled bookings made up to 48 hours from arrival to site. The credit must be redeemed within 12 months of issue, or it will expire.
  • Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of arrival date or Early Departures are Non-Refundable, Non-transferable, No Credits will be offered.
  • All refunds are subject to a 20% administration fee. (This is deducted from the total amount paid when booking)
  • All Caravan Park Refund Customer Request (SF372) forms must be forwarded to the Caravan Park Manager(s) who will complete the managers’ section and forward the request to Council for consideration.
  • Booking refunds must be made by Council cheque – under NO circumstances will Caravan Park Manager(s) make cash/bank transfer or Eftpos refunds.

Peak Periods- Minimum nights apply to bookings during peak periods including: 3 nights over long weekends, 4 nights over Easter, 7 nights over Christmas/New Years. 1 night surcharges may apply during these times.

Future Bookings- No bookings will be taken more than twelve months in advance. To rebook for the next year deposits must be paid before you check out of your current booking.

Tariffs- Please note that it is likely that a slight price increase maybe be applied to your booking upon making full payment, therefore the balance of your account could be higher than indicated at the time of booking. Black Point Caravan & Camping Grounds is a Yorke Peninsula Council park and complies with council’s fees and charges policy.
